Natalie Giesen
When and how I came to the KHG:
After my sending-off ceremony in September 2018, I started in Osnabrück with a half-time position in the KHG and a half-time position in the parish of St Joseph.
Favourite event KHG:
I really enjoy the Sunday masses and country evenings. Firstly, because I like the atmosphere and the community in the sanctuary of the Kleine Kirche and secondly, because I like travelling and getting to know other cultures.
Favourite Bible passage:
I like the Emmaus story on Easter Monday. Sometimes we only realise later that Jesus is on the way with us.
Favourite joke:
As a native of Emsland, I have to admit to myself that telling jokes is not in my DNA...
I like to spend time there (in Osnabrück):
Depending on the weather, either at Rubbenbruchsee or at bookshop Wenner.
KHG means to me:
A place where people can feel comfortable, make friends, explore topics and try things out for themselves.
