Photo exhibition about the Way of St. James in the Forum am Dom

Searching for light: this is the title of a photo exhibition that can be seen in the Forum am Dom from May 6, 2025. The young photo artist Daniel Lambers (28) shows very personal impressions of the Way of St. James in his photographs. In a phase of reorientation, he was on his way to Santiago de Compostela on the Portuguese Way of St. James with students from the KHG in September 2024 - and at the same time also in search of something special in everyday life, especially special lighting moods. As a “pilgrim of hope”, he found and collected these through the eye of the camera. The result is an impressive exhibition that expresses the amazement of the photographic artist in his work in a touching way and takes the viewer along on the pilgrim's journey to his destination.

The exhibition will open with a vernissage on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 7:30 pm in the Forum am Dom. The evening is organized by the KHG and the Forum am Dom, admission is free and access is barrier-free. The exhibition can be seen during the opening hours of the Forum am Dom: Tuesdays to Sundays from 10:00 - 17:00.
